Courage to Nourish is an outpatient eating disorder specialized nutrition practice that provides weight inclusive nutrition counseling to individuals and families. The practice was founded by Alex Raymond (she/hers) and Bobbi Boteler (she/hers) who are both eating disorder dietitians that have dedicated their careers to supporting and advocating for those in recovery from an eating disorder.
