We are seeking published and unpublished data (any study, implementation, policy; any location) on weight-inclusive practice in physical education (PE) in schools.
Details:
We welcome submissions and recommendations of:
- Empirical research (qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods)
- Intervention studies or programme evaluations
- Practice-based or grey literature (e.g., reports, guidelines, toolkits)
Studies may focus on:
- Reducing weight bias, stigma, or discrimination in PE or school-based physical activity
- Promoting weight-inclusive or body-inclusive teaching practices
- PE teacher attitudes, knowledge, or training related to weight
- Strategies, interventions, or policies implemented in school or PE contexts
Eligibility:
- Focus on school-based PE or closely related settings
- Address weight bias, stigma, or weight-inclusive practice
- No restriction on study design or country of origin
